2018 Annual Gala (POSTPONED)

Due to some unforseen challenges, our annual Gala will be postponed until a later date. Sorry for any inconvenience. Please check our website frequently for an update on the Gala and other important events!

Welcome To Transformation House

There are many organizations providing a helping hand to women, children and families, but most times, men are left out in the cold, destined to a downward spiral of self-destruction. Transformation House breaks that trajectory by providing men with affordable housing, while nurturing their spiritual, personal, educational and social development. The Transformation House Inc. is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization.

Adopt-A-Bed

You can adopt a bed and a hot meal for as little as $75 a week.

Residents also receive counseling, job search assistance, special seminars, financial guidance, and linkage to local churches and social services.

Who We Are

Transformation House is a 30-bed, transitional living facility, which provides men with addiction problems, relationship problems, legal issues, and homelessness with affordable housing while nurturing their spiritual, personal, educational, and social development.

Residents receive life skills classes, counseling, job search assistance, special seminars, financial guidance, and linkage to churches and community resources/services.  In turn, men staying in the facility must hold a job or be actively searching, and maintain total abstinence from drugs and alcohol.

Only men who are totally committed to changing their lives are admitted to the program. Our primary purpose is to empower men to regain their independence.

Exciting Changes

In 2012 the Transformation House leased its current location at 436 S. Jefferson St. Through donations and fundraising, Transformation House has purchased a building located at 610 S. Broadway.

Since purchasing the building, Pastor Reacco and his team have been working diligently to complete the remodeling of our new building. We would like to thank everyone who has helped us by donating time, materials, money and their prayers.

This building will house classrooms for the “TADA and House Meetings”, Community Outreach Center and our Main Office. Located adjacent to the property there will be a facility that will house men and their children. We look forward to what God has in store for the Transformation House.

The Transformation House has also purchased two homes that will house current Transformation House residents.

We are still looking for funds to complete this project. If you are interested in donating to the Transformation House, please click the “Exciting Changes” link. Thank you.
